Plate Heat Exchanger Plates
By using our domestic supply chain we are able to supply heat transfer plates for many types of plate heat
exchanger. Combined our more than 10 years experience in PHE market enables us to keep prices competitive and keep
delivery times to a minimum.
Heat transfer plates are available in different materials and thicknesses, The three main materials used are as
follows:
304 Stainless Steel
This is the lowest cost heat transfer plate material. It has a low corrosion resistance and usually thickness
available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
316 Stainless Steel
This is the most common heat transfer plate material and is used in many applications. 316 stainless steel has a
high corrosion resistance and usually thickness available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
Titanium
This has a very high resistance to chemical attack including most acids, chlorides and sea water. and usually
thickness available 0.5mm and 0.6mm.
Other materials, such as Hastelloy C276 are available on request for special applications.
