Primary Usage
Can be used for making compacts of medium to small sizes of percussion bits for drilling medium hard formation. It has higher abrasion resistance than YG06 and YG08A, and higher toughness than YG06X.
Note
1. The magnetic saturation of all the grades of cemented carbide is: 135-160 emu/g.
2. WC grain size: Fine=1.4μm~2.5μm, Medium=2.5μm~5.0μm, Coarse≥5.0μm.
3. Any specific grades can be designed according to customer's requirements.
Dimension
This round or ovoid shaped compact is used on hammer & DTH mining bits and roller cone. Bit for oil well drilling, suitable for very hard formations.
