Heavy Duty Construction Pulleys,. Arudra's heavy duty pulleys are provided with steel End Disc welded with shell. The taper lock friction Sleeves connect the shaft to hub by means of Taper lock arrangement. The sleeves are manufactured with Cast Steel of IS 1030. This arrangement ensures effective locking, centering and efficient transmission of torque to the solid shaft with parallel keys. It also facilitates easy installation, maintenance and separation of shaft and shell,. - Extra Heavy Duty Construction.
- Arudra also manufacture a range of Extra Heavy Duty pulleys suitable for heavy duty applications as well as for extended fatigue life. This range of pulleys are designed with turbo diaphragms of weldable quality Cast Steel / Cast Iron, shaped to obtain even stress distribution. These diaphragms are welded with shell and dully stress relieved. The shaft connection is by means of Heavy duty locking elements (Ring feeder). Other advantages are similar to Heavy duty construction pulleys.,
