Founded in 1976, it was formerly known as Leshan Thermo Technical Instruments Factory, which later was named as Leshan Thermo Technical Instruments Co., Ltd. in 1995. With RMB20,180,000 registered capital, the company has 203 staff in total, of whom there are 5 senior technicists, 68 primary/middle technicists, 53 technicians, and 16 testing staff. The company, which is a gardening-styple factory, covers an area of 20,000 square meters, 11,000 square meters for work shop.

We have supplied valves for Sichuan Petroleum Administration ever since we brought in the valve technology from former Soviet Union in the 1970s. For over 30 years’hard working, we have been supplying qualified products for CNPC and SINOPEC. Our products have been exported to Pakistan, Turkmenistan and Iran,etc with the project of CNPC. In 2009,we have been authorized as the only one supplier for the safety valve and one of the two suppliers for globe valve in China after the confirmation of National Iranian Oil Company(NIOC).

2, Technology & Production Capability
In the series of globe valves, we own many patents, such as the dual functioning throttle cut-off valve with patent No.ZL200420057228.6, throttling stop discharge valve with patent No. ZL03201641.7, and draining valve (double sleeves with zero leakage) with patent No. ZL200520034168.0. Besides, we continuous develop new products and update the advanced tech. We cooperate with Sichuan Petroleum Institute, Chengdu Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Leshan Vocational&Technical College.
The product develop&deisgn adopt the CAD(Computer Aided Design), all drawings are filed in digital version. We own the room for Electroless nickel-phosphorus alloy, adopt the advanced&reliable precedures, control the quality of raw material strictly, ensure the better function of anti- H2S, CO2 and CI- , which make the working life span can be as long as over 30 years.
We signed College&Enterprise cooperation Agreement with Leshan Vocational&Technical College in July, 2006. Thus, we enable the maching center and lab of college to be our branch places for testing and maching, which extended our production and improve the testing capability.
We can manufacture 70,000 pieces/sets valves, instruments and meters every year, which include 15,000pieces/sets globe valve, 3,000pieces/sets throttling stop discharge valve, 3,000pieces/sets draining valve, 5,000pieces/sets dual functioning throttle cut-off valve, and 30,000meter globe valve.
The testing pressure of our company can reach 100Mpa, the nominal diameter can reach 500mm.
The parts for valves, such as the valve body, seat, disc and steam are machined by high precision CNC device. The device includes CNC maching center, CNC lathe, CNC grinder,etc. These devices are manufactured by famous factories, such as Second Maching Tool Plant of Chongqing, Maching Tool Plant of Dalian and Maching Plant of Chengdu, etc. The valve seat and disc are hard alloy build-up welded by argon arc welder. Other normal lathes are also manufactured by famous factories such as Maching Tool Plant of Chongqing, Long-march Maching Tool Plant of Zigong. These devices are used within five years. The 120Mpa water pressure equipment (bought in 2006) was manufactured by Jiete Maching Tool Plant,the 20Mpa air compressor(bought in 2007) was manufactured by Shanghai compressor factory, therefore, the testing capability can fully meet the production demand of valve manufacturing.
