Our Shafts / Piston Rods are manufactured through various precision machines and we strictly follow the international manufacturing practices that include Thread Rolling, Induction Hardening, Pre Grinding, Final Grinding and finally Super Finishing.Moreover, we strictly maintain the required hardness in HRC and RA value for surface finishing measurement, while the threading is done through precision thread rolling process as per GO/No-GO Gauge, to achieve perfect thread dimensions. In addition to these, grinding sizes are maintained in 8 microns or as per required, chrome plating layer varies from 20 microns to 60 microns or as per requirement.
We are also Exporters of Shafts which has grinding sizes maintained within 8 microns or as per specifications. We have inHouse capabilities of Thread Rolling, Drilling , Tapping, milling and Super Finishing as per customer requirements.
The Raw Material is procured locally from the best suppliers keeping in mind the requirements of our customers.
