Ceramic Roller(Idler) For Belt Conveyor
Traditionally used rollers on belt conveyer are made of steel.They are no resistant to corrosion of acid, alkali and other chemicals.They are easy to rust and worn out.Their working life is normally1-2years only.High Strength Ceramic Rollersare never rusting, with excellent resistance to corrosion and abrasion.
The typical characters are double labyrinth sealed , wear resistance, corrosion and media resistance,and magnetization resistance,no adhesive water, no cementation.The service life is 4 times comparing to steel roller.After install the ceramic roller, rotate under 500N/min,the resistance force is less than 2.5N.
Water resistance performances: under the condition of water drenching, the ceramic roller wil not enter water after running 48 hours continuous.Dust prevention performances:under the condition of raising dust, the dust will not enter the ceramic roller after running 400r/min .
