Roller inner structure and material:
(a) Shaft: Bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance
(b) Shaft end: Both ends of pipe are simultaneously machined and chamfered
(c) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
(d) Rubber: Heat vulcanization rubber. Wear resistant, anti-fire
(e) Seals: Grease retaining multi-labyrinth seals and outboard flinger seal as retention cap
(f) Lubrication: Grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors
(g) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
(h) Save costs of conveyor belt on maintenance as concentric design that decreases vibration
