Function:
The releasing sucker rod overshot is a special tool used to catch sucker rods broken in tubing or casing. In case the fish is stuck seriously and can’t be lifted out, the tool can be unscrewed safely from the fish.
Type:
The tools are available in A type (with basket grapple) and B type (with spiral grapple).
