Our modules is made by the high quality alloy steel 8620 or 4135 forging. the blank must normalizing ,roughing and quenching – tempering, ensure valve box internal hardness reach HB285-330.After rolling, the contact area of the two positioning cone holes not less than 75% in the finishmachining process. After the pressure test, gauge inspection, and flaw detection, every product has been tested and issued with an inspection report, and can match all kinds of mud pump.
