Magnetic rubber sheet:

Flexible magnetic material is made by mixing ferrite magnet powder with synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE, NBR etc.).It can be easily cut, slit, punched, folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic properties. It does not contain heavy metal elements or hazardous chemicals. It can be used to make promotional magnets, car signs, educational aids and many other magnetic products. It is also used in toys, household products and other merchandises for holding purposes.

Typical physical properties:

Working Temperature : Operation temperature range is recommended from -20oF to 130o F(-30o C to 55o C).

Flexibility : At 68o F(20o C), the materials above can be coiled to a 1/2''(12.7mm)radius without cracking.

Specific Gravity : 3.5-3.8.

Cutting : Scissor-cutting, knife-cutting, die-cutting, slitting are easy.
