Disc pulverizer structure&operating principle：

This machine is composed of the body,base,spindle,movable disc,fixed disc,upper cover and hopper.Through V-belt,deliver the force to belt pulley for driving the main shaft to revolve,and also make the movable disc and fixed disc move relatively to make the sample material crushed.The output size can be adjusted by hand wheel,main shaft for the purpose of controlling stength.

The machine body is installed on the base,and its transmission part is composed of shaft,bearings,movable disc,belt pulley,etc.The operating room is composed of upper cover,adjustable shaft,fixed disc,movable disc,feeding mouth.

The materials are crushed in the operating room.The material enter into the middle of the two discs from the feeding mouth on the upper cover,through the pressing to crush sample material,then the crushed tsample material will flow out from the gap of the two discs and fall into the under hopper.**

The adjustable structure principle:

Rotating the hand wheel to make the adjutable axis forward or backward,which can regulate the gap of the two discs and adjust the material size.
