Annular Nozzle(Secondary Air Injection Nozzle)

Generation:

     Secondary air injection nozzle is the product in highest level of those dust catchers with pulsing cleaning structure, it works at a higher level of dust cleaning effectiveness.When the compressed air in pulse valve nozzle, passed throng the upper part of the narrow crevice in the second gas injection nozzle spraying evenly, vacuum will be formed in the center and upper part of the second gas injection nozzle when the compressed gas flow quickly through the
narrow cylinder. With the high speed air flow, a large number of air in the secondary gas injection nozzle will be absorbed and flow into the cylinder centre. Air around the bag will be also absorbed into the cylinder when the compressed air together with the external air absorbed by secondary gas injection nozzle spouted into the bag.
     Finally, the compressed air absorbed two times of those external air around the secondary air injection nozzle and spout into the bag. The dust cleaning effectiveness has been improved obviously because the input air volume was increased more than two times.
The air volume inputted into bag is two times more compare with the current injection  system.
