Principle:

Through the perpendicular wedging action of the plug and 90. Rotation, the twin seal guide way valve can be opened and closed freely. When the plug rotates clockwise, the valve is opened; Conversely as it rotates anti-clockwise, the valve can be closed. And it requires up to 5~7tures to open or close. The indicator at the top of the valve appears in line with the flow when the valve is open, and perpendicular to the flow when the valve is closed.

The pressure relief methods:

1. Manual body bleed system

After the twin seal guide way valve is closed, you can open a simply relief valve manually to release the pressure built up in the body cavity, and you can check the product drainage to estimate the seal integrity in the pivotal parts of the valve.

2. The differential thermal relief system

It is a integrate device united with the above manual bleed body valve and pressure differential bleed valve. It can route the excess pressure in the body cavity back to the upstream throat of the valve. But when you use this kind of relief system, you must open the relief valve manually when the valve is closed.

3. Automatic bleed valve systems

As the valve is closed, the bleed valve is opened automatically to make the body cavity vent, this system is recommended to be used in the electrically valve.

Notes: You should drain out the outlet of the relief valve.
