First of all ,to the casting ,we choose the high strength, high elongation ductile iron QT450-12 as the raw material. Because of the strong bearing capacity. corrosion resistance and good toughness, this iron is the preferred material in pipe industry.
Secondly,to the seal ring, we use EPDM and silicone rubber in drinking water system .the rubber vulcanization process to ensure sustainable use of advanced decay, and aging.
Then, to the fastening bolts, we choose 40Cr as its material. All the bolts are subject to strictly heat treatment so that the bolts do not cause plastic deformation at high pressure and ensure the reliability and fastness of the connectors.
