PP/PE/PS/HIPS/ABS Two-layer/Three-layer Plate (Sheet) Co-extrusion Line

It's possible to choose two sets of RM series single extruder with different models to produce multi-layer co-extrusion sheet, with single layer as virgin material; top and down layer with reycled material to save cost. based on different characteristics of plastic materials, the degassing type screw & barrel can be chosen. Double-throttle design for hanger- style die makes the adjustment of sheet thickness more precise. Vertical or 45°steep style design for three-roller calendar, dynamoelectric or manually slightly with mould temperature control with oil; Inverter control for hauling-off unit, synchronous with the extruder; rewinding unit is operated in double-station central re-winding method, with air expanding shaft, all of above units caused a high level of automation. Application of PS electric sheet:
PS is mainly used in semiconductor electron, computer communication etc.product, is specially used in no dust, no static,  power discharge protection and shield of electromagnetic wave fittings of radio frequency disturbance or machine package etc. Application of ABS, HIPS refrigerator board:
This board is suitable to be used in gallbladder in the refrigerator, door gallbladder, the drawer, water contained plate, etc.
Application of PE/PP board:
Density low, good sanitation performance, erosion resistance and heat resistance etc. So, they are widely used in chemical industry, erosion resistance project, depuration treatment, environment protection etc. industry.
