This model is intended for localization of explosives in the open areas and behind a barrier. The device is a biomagnetic sensor and can detect explosives from distances of up to 100 meters, even when the explosive is hidden behind walls or metal barriers such as buildings or vehicles. It appears to be just as effective at finding fired weapons as finding nitrous oxide based explosives.
