It is composed of one set conical intensified feeding extruder, one set single-screw extruder, vacuum releaser, speedy screen changer and cutting device. Screw feeding has large diameter, compressor has large voluminal compressibility.

Vacuumized device in the connection of the two machines can effectively remove the volatilized gas. Products can be directly extruded with materials waste. Common plastics can be reclaimed, as well as PS, PE and EVA products.

Different screw diameters can be equipped conforming to different materials and outputs.
