The belt conveyors consist of standard parts and they have the advantages of large transfer quantity,simple structure,easy maintenance and standard parts.They are widely used in mining,metallurgy and coal industry to transfer sandy or lump materials,or packaged materials.According to different technical requirement,the belt conveyors can be used singly or with other transferring equipment.The belt conveyors are usually used in temperature between —20°C and 40°C and the temperature of the materials should be below 50°C.

Note:

1.     the transferring quantity is under the following situations:

the density of the material is 1.0t/m³~1.6t/m³;the transferring obliquity is ≤18°degrees;the accumulating angle is 30°degree.

2. the belt conveyor is suitable for materials whose density is below 2.5 t/m³.

3. the length of the belt is not limited to the data in the table.It can be customized.
