The softener is eliminates specially the calcium magnesium ion in the water, effectiveness reaches as high as 99%, simultaneously may also remove the algae, the solid suspension, making processed water softening, limpid.
Principle of working
Its exchange process as follow:
2RNa + Ca2+ = R2Ca + 2Na+
2RNa + Mg2+ = R2Mg + 2Na+
R2Ca + 2NaCl = 2RNa + CaCl2
R2Mg + 2NaCl = 2RNa + MgCl2
Small type device: Mainly adopt FLECK, AUTOTROL,
Multi vale: 2510, 5000, 5600, 6700, 8500, 9000, 9500, 255, 168, 255ES, 268, F65B, F63B
Controller: the time or the flow controller
Resin pot: 300~500mm, single pot water yield 0.5~6t/h.
This kind of soft water system generally uses the plastic salt box, the soft brine pipe, may choose and match the standard foundation.
