Slow speed silent crusher for plastic  

      JB soundprood plastic crusher series  is specifically designed for beside-the-press recycling of hard and brittle materials. All types of resins are assuredly and evenly crushed using originally designed durable blades, and the high torque gear motor is directly coupled with main shaft. Slow speed gear motor and non-screen operation provide low noise level and less dust even with the most filled and brittle materials.

    A closed-loop granule transport system can be integrated with a granulator to recycle regrind directly back to the injection molding machine.
