Spiral Pipe Plant can produce very large diameter pipes through economy
investment which is not feasible to other technologies of pipe making. Many of
our spiral pipe mills have been supplying pipes for the West Gas East - very
famous and big projects in China.
 
Our Spiral Pipe Mill can make pipes up to 3 meters in diameter, 25.4mm in wall
thickness, 18m in length, API 5L X-80 in steel grade, and 33mts in pipe weight.
 
We offer three options of spiral pipe plants:
1) Short mill
On-line pipe welding;
Stop the mill during coil joining;
Low investment and low production capacity
 
2) Flying carriage mill
On-line pipe welding;
Coil joining is done on the flying carriage in the pit, thus pipe forming and
welding will not stop during coil joining;
Higher investment and higher production capacity
 
3) Flying carriage + 2 step welding system
Coil joining done on the flying carriage in the pit;
Tacking welding + final welding stands;
Welding speed significantly increased, thus high production capacity, especially
for thinner wall pipes where tack welding speed can go up to 6 meter/minute;
Higher pipe quality due to 2 step welding;
High investment
