post-tension corrugated pipe making machine

We can use the  post-tension corrugated pipe making machine to manufacture the spiral filter cores instead of traditional process. The metal sheet to be entered into the tube making machine, rolled to form by extrusion, seamed together, and cut it according to the required length.

mainly there are two equipments for the spiral tube making process:

1. pounding machine

the raw material mild steel or stianless steel strip are feed into pounding machine to pound the holes needed. the performation products from the machine are steel strips with holes.
