The round filaments drawn out from the drawing machine are applicable for ,manufacturing ropes cables, fishing nets, construction safety nets, sun shielding nets, brushes protective nets for the cotton fields etc. This assembly is designed and developed on the up-to-dated technology by utilizing HDPE & PP round filaments as its materials.

With compact structure, high production efficiency and easy operation and maintenance, this assembly adopts helical gear reducer, and the screw and cylinder are made of 38CrMoAlA ally steel and done treatment of nitrification.

Applying intelligentized automatic temperature-control equipment and frequency conversion speed regulation system, it can regulate in some range according to the raw materials as well as production technics, the driving rate of which can be regulated in order to satisfy all kinds of circle thread production for different functions.
