Stainless steel Welding part

The OEM Parts will be made of Standard SS304 or ss316 as per customer drawing by standard and completedly process for SS welded pressure parts.

We can supply you follow OEM service:

1,  Drill and stretch holes on pipe.   

2,  Welding assembly machined parts to the tubes.

3,  Welding assembly bended sheet metal parts to the tubes.

4,  Standard Stainless steel Surface treatment.

5,  Pressure test.

We strictly conduct  all the process of gas protecting while welding, removal of heatment tint, solution treatment as well as pickling and passivation and 100% pressure test for all the pressure parts.
