1.Customer RFQ: Request for quotation with product drawing(3D modeling preferred)
2.Quotation: Quotation will be ready within 3 days after reviewing workload, size, and complexity of parts.
3.Order /confirm/iation: Project kicks off upon receipt of deposit (30%) for order quantity cost.
4.Assembly Drawing: 3 to 5 working days for design drawing
5.Detailed Design: Mold components with detailed drawing.
6.Drawing Approval: once the mold drawing is approved by the customer, we will start to cut steel.
7.Schedule: Keep track of the production schedule
8.Mold-Making: Mold-Making as committed schedule, weekly progress report is sent to our customer.
9.Mold Sampling and Sample Submitting:send samples with detailed inspection report to customer by air.
10.Confirm Sample: Inspect final samples according to specifications and /confirm/iation.
11.Packaging: Tooling finished and metal crate packaging.
