Monolithic Insulation Joints
The Cathodically protected structures / surfaces are isolated from the unprotected structures by installing Monolithic Joints. Monolithic insulation Joints are superior to Insulation Kit gasket assemblies.,
The joints are pre-assembled at the factory and to be welded to the pipelines at site.,
These joints are used as a part of the installations of Crude Oil underwater pipelines, LPG bullets, off shore drilling pipelines and cross country pipe lines.,
Sizes range from 2" to 42" and pressure rating from 150 lb to 1500 lb
Technical detail:
Insulation resistance : >25 mega Ohms @ 1000 V DC
Dielectric Strength : > 5 kV for one minute.
