This is a 450*400mm plastic injection mould we built for a European car brand. The mould structure is complex with Hasco manifold built in.

Our high speed CNC milling machines and mirror EDM machines helped us to make this big, complex mould within required 35 days.

Before mould delivery, we usually run the mould in full auto mode for 12 hours continuously to make sure the mould works perfectly.
