This barrel is composed plastic zone barrel , extrude zone barrel , long pin-barrel ,short pin-barrel and pin stopper . according to the character and technics replace long pin and short pin’s quantity to acquire the regular rubber product .
Inner aperture of pin-barrel is 2.5mm unilateral , wearable double metal , hardness HRc/60, increase use life .plastic zone and extrude zone is integrative,. through circle axes drill, temperature control unit form closing hot water circulation ,the temperature of barrel is adjustment according to technics’ require.
