1.The raw material used must have a suitable and consistent moisture content around 15%.
2.The HG series come in 3 models, with various features and productivities. Each model features a hot air stove, feeding hopper, buffer cylinders, fan and cyclone separator.
3.As the raw material particles are suspended in the hot air stream, the heat transfer between the hot air and particle is rapid. This ensures efficient moisture removal, even with a short transfer time of 3-5 seconds.
4.Once the moist hot air and particles reach the cyclone separator, the particles leave the through the base and moist hot air leaves through the top of the cyclone.
5.The buffer cylinders are to increase particle resonance time in the hot air stream.
