1. Material

Provide the stainless steel welded pipe. Stainless steel grand:sus430, sus430Ti, sus304, sus304L, sus316, sus316L, sus316Ti, sus321, sus310S, sus800, sus840. The cold rolled stainless steel sheet

we use are from the most famous steel company in China. Such as POSCO, Baoxin and Tisco. The sus800 sus840 are all made in Japan.

2.Specification

The shadow parts is the general specification, also we could produce the pipe according to customers' drawing(OEM).

3. Technology

Argon-arc welding longitudinal welded pipe. The welded line inside is bright through the atmosphere protection. The outside welded line is invisible after polish. All pipe must through eddy current inspection and flaring test to ensure the welded line is strong and sealed.

4. Advantage

Provide the pipe according to customers' requirements.

4.1we could provide some small OD pipe in coil.also we could provide the pipe at 6M length or cut to the specified length(length tolerance is min±0.1mm). The incision end face can be smooth and no chamfer or with some specified shape.

4.2 Provide the pipe fittings with some follow-up processes: flanging, stamping flat, open hole, bending.
