Presently, our factory consists of product designing department, mold tooling department, die-casting department, stamping department, polishing department, assembling department, coloring department, epoxy coating department, packing department, and independent quality control department.

1) Mold tooling equipment: 5 units CNC die carving machine,2 units 3-D die
carving machine, 4 units electric discharge machine, 2 units grinding machine,4
units milling machine,1 unit lathe,10 units drill press, 5 units tapping
machine,etc.
2) Molding machines: 5 units Zinc alloy die casting machine of 15T/25T/88T/140T/160T
4 units aluminum alloy die casting machines of 160T/280T,several 500T oil
hydraulic press machines, 6~25T punching machines, mini-punching machines,
mini-drill press and automatic Japanese fine mini- punchers.
3) Other fabricating machinery: several polishing machines, some hand drill-press,
hand punching machines, 30 units electronic ovens and so on.
4).All the raw & auxiliary materials have passed environmental testing, and lead
volume is within the 90PPM.The products meet the requirement of European
standard ROHS, Japanese standard NE71, Lead & cadmium -containing and
other elements for environment of American Consumer Product Safety
Improvement Act of 2008.
