PAYMENT: 30% advance of total amount after the signing of contract. 70% of total amount must be paid before shipment.

1. Quality warranty period:  In the warranty period, if there are some troubles with the machines. The manufacture should send engineers to repair or replace the parts freely (expert for easy broken parts, like rollers and knife/blade). But you need pay the come and back tickets.

2. According to the demand of buyer, our factory send the engineers to install and debug, But the charge in the buyer’s site and the traveling should be paid by buyer (including the cost of  living, the round-trip ticket etc…)

3. For the damage caused by the user, our factory provides the parts and repairing with best price.

4. Our factory supplies the wearing parts with the best price to client.

5. Our factory can provide the safe operation training, the maintain and repairing of equipment training freely.
