Steps of Receiving Orders of New Products & Remark:

1. Get the samples or drawings from our customers.
2. Confirm the capability of production, quotation, and rate of mould cost down payment (30%-50%), etc.
3. Sign the mould contract and down payment being paid through Alibaba.com’s Escrow service.
4. Complete the mould production, sampling for customer’s confirmation within the time (7-30 days) agreed by both side. The balance of mould cost should be paid to us through Alibaba.com’s Escrow service after the sample /confirm/iation. If failed to provide good samples to our customer, the down payment of mould cost should be returned to him.
5. After sample /confirm/iation, we’ll provide inspection standards for customer’s approval. After customer’s /confirm/iation, will be added into our working instruction to ensure the good quality of the products.
6. For long-term cooperated customers, if mould cost for new product is not so much, we can produce the mould free of charge.
7. For any new products with good market prospect, we are willing to share the research & development investment with our customer.
