Precision Shaft is made by CNC machine and we can produce as per your sample or drawing.

The material available: C45, brass, stainless steel, 20CrMnTi, 40Cr, 20Cr and so on. 

Different surface treatment is available, such as: blackening, white zinc coating and so on.

Basic process:
1.the shafts are made by customized design, accordding to drawing.

4.Quality control: 100%inspection before packing or shipment.

about the payment:
1.sample cost and mould cost should be prepaid,amount according to different design and

qantity of the sample
2.prepay 40% before massive production then pay the balance after goods is ready.Or according

to contract.
