Performance and Feature
It is used for blowing PE(HDPE LDPE)film, which is widely used for as laminating film, packing film, agriculture film, film for textile, clothing bag, etc. The main motor is controlled by inverter, which not only increase the stability for speed adjustment, but also can save 30%’s energy. Both the screw and barrel adopt 38CrMoAl, with nitrided treatment. The traction frame adopts lifting type, so that can make the cooling effect at its best, no matter how much width the film is.
