Forging Drill Pipe for Petroleum Industry

1. We can supply all kinds of Forging Drilling Pipes. We choose excellent alloy steel AISI

 4130, AISI 4140, AISI 4330, AISI 4340, AISI 8620, etc. Our customers' drilling pipes have 

been used in 10000meter oil well on land or 5000meter oil well under the sea. Some drilling 

pipes have endured 50℃ low temperature working condition and our customer get the longest 

working time.

2. We have a series of inspection equipments and test appliances, including chemical analysis,

 metallographic analysis, mechanical property test, charpy impact test, ultrasonic test, magnetic 

particle test, etc.

3. All ingots are melted by LF + VOD furnace. We can choose ESR raw material according to 

customers' requirements. On this condition we can ensure that P/S content is lower than 0.010%, 

H content is lower than 1.8 PPM.
