                   2. Plastic bag wrapped outside the pipe

                   3. Bundles to be covered by polythene & strapped securely.

                   4. If require, then pack into wooden box.

1.How long it will take to produce an order in your company ?

It is at least 20 days for the purchasing and production time with container order. And 7 days for the sample,the reason why we take it long is purely guarantee the quality.

2.what is your min order ?

Yes, usually 1 ton for each size.Please contact us when you are trying to play a order less than container load.

3.What's your usually trade term ?

FOB SHANGHAI , CFR /CIF your destination.

4.What's your payment term ?

(1)20% deposit + 80% balance payment against copy of B/L or D/P .

(2)100% payment by L/C at sight  

CNY, US dollar ,Euro,GBP, all can be acceptable.

5.Does the sample for fee or not?

You have to pay the freight charge for feel,but we will return to you when you play an order to us.

6.How do you guarantee the quality of your product ?

All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO9001-2008,and there are as many as 6 times of test during production of each product to ensure the quality.and we have test centers every tube will be tested under our testing equipment before package .

7.How do you to package the export products ?

The body of tubes covered with plastic foil,external wrapped with polywoven bag.we used steel belt to pack the outside,hexagonal packing method for in bundle.

8.How are the orders shipped ?

By sea . We arrange up to the port of departure or port of destination 

By air.(if possible,but the length must be limited shorter than 3 meter long.)

9.How are the Third Party inspection ?

We can agree to request of third party inspection ,such as SGS,BV,TUV,DNV,Lloyod's ,etc.
