Generally, a wire drawing die is made from diamond which is more money-costing than any other abrasive such as Tungsten Carbide, Sintered Silicon Carbide and so on. Recently, with advantages of being cheaper than diamond and very close to the latter in working capability, boron carbide is increasingly used to make wire-drawing die by more and more wire and cable manufacturer. We have made many dies with the min. size in inner diametre being  0.5mm for wire producers scattering more than 20 countries and regions where we enjoy great customer satisfaction.
