Working Principle:
ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is mainly composed of frame, spring, vibrator, motor and support. The vibrator is made up of two eccentric shafts in specific location and meshing gears. Its configuration must make the two gears meshed by mark. The motor drives the two eccentric shafts revolve and produces enormously synchronous straight- line exciting force to make the frame do forced vibration on the supporting spring. Materials glide and do throwing motion on the sieving body by the vibration force to flow forward and achieve feeding purpose. When materials go through the grizzly bar on the sieving body, minor materials will fall down through the grizzly bar and don't need to pass the next crushing process, which plays the part of screening effects.
