First pay 30% of the price as advance payment. The remainder fund must be paid after the check and accept, or decided by the contract, which signed after consulting. We accept the L/C.
Both sides affirm the items of technology and business in the contract, the delivery is being done in 45 days after the bargainer receives the advance payment
The bargainer will provide good service called “SANBAO” to the equipment. Its term is one year. In the term of “SANBAO” the attacked parts will be changed into new ones. If it is wrong because of the quality of the equipment, they will be changed for nothing by bargainer.
