2. Mould project sent for customer /confirm/iation and print 2D tooling and machinistructure design in 2D and 3D program. If necessary R&D offers service offers service for innovng artwork detail drawing with acceptable tolerance marked.
3. Purchasing the material and mould standard components according to the list information in 2D tooling detail drawing.
4. Steel material tooling and heat treatment according to the listed step on the 2D artwork detail drawing.
5. Mould assembling and quality inspection according to 2D mould assembling detail drawing.
6. Mould test and products are sent to customer for /confirm/ied.
