We'll cover the details of your company's product through design, prototyping, tooling and manufacturing. Our new product development services include Pro E,UG and Solidworks for mold design and 3D model generation and mold flow analysis to address many key manufacturing and tooling concerns in the design phase of product development. All new projects are subject to full dimensional part layouts from customer-supplied blueprints and sample parts are submitted for customer approval before production. At the beginning of every project, we will review your design and provide you a drawing before cutting any steel. Quality auditors are always on duty to help to ensure our products meet customer expectations through hourly inspections of dimensional, visual and functional criteria.

Mould Product

Because quality tooling is the cornerstone for precision custom molding, Yuantuo Plastics creates finished products to exacting customer requirements. We understand the success of any plastic part depends on the timely construction of an accurately built, high-quality production mold. Yuantuo Plastics offers an onsite tool room with CNC machining and wire EDM capabilities for quick project development and completion time. We offer close tolerances on precision grinding, electrical discharge machining and CNC milling. Rigorous maintenance of all molds ensures longer tool life and cuts down on tooling costs. Our tool shop is staffed by experienced journeymen who are skilled in tradition yet comfortable with the latest technology. They understand the importance of perfection when building your mold and are ready to make repairs or engineering changes as your needs dictate.

Plastic Injection Moulding

Yuantuo Plastics produces custom thermoplastic injection molded parts and components for virtually any application. Our injection molding machines range in size from 50 to 800 tons. Our production operation is flexible enough to run 24/7 to meet customer demands. Rigorous quality control for injection molding means each mold is sample-tested to ensure the first article meets all specifications.

We utilize an automatic, closed loop, desiccant drying system to ensure your material performs as designed. And colors can be custom-blended to match the exact shade you need. Our molding team has extensive experience running a vast array of engineering resins:
