Production Introduction

The shape of the Plastic Intalox Saddle is a combination of two kinds of packings-the ring and the saddle, which benefits its functions of theirs. This structure helps liquid distribution and enlarges the quantities of gas holes. The Plastic Intalox Saddle has little resistance, bigger flux and higher efficiency than the Pall Ring. It is one of the most widely used packings with good hardness

Performance

   2.Higher capacity and lower pressure drop than ceramic saddles.
   3.Multiple sizes provide to optimize capacity and high mass tranfer efficiency based on application requirements. 
   4.Higher Liquid Hold-up and Residence Time
   5.Relatively high liquid hold-up allows good absorption efficiency with slow chemical reaction.
