There are three production lines for SAWL (Submerged Arc Welded Longitudinal Steel Pipe) with UOE process. The Scope is as the followings:

The company has the independent, advanced and well-equipped physical and chemistry laboratory, and obtained the production permit of special equipment and the sub-contract laboratory recorded certificate issued by Liaoning Entry-exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. The company has also imported direct-reader spectroscope, the large-scale metallographic microscope, the universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, drop weight tear testing machine and other equipment from Germany.
The products have been widely applied in the domestic main petroleum natural gas pipeline networks, and received high praise from the users. As a result of good quality and rich experience, the company has successfully become the tier one supplier of CNPC, the core supplier of CNOOC, the qualified supplier of Sinopec. Meanwhile, the company successively established the long-term friendship and cooperation with Jilin oil field, Fujian Natural Gas Company as well as many natural gas companies from different provinces, such as Shangxi, ShanXi, Inner Mongolia, and Shandong etc. In the past few years, the company has participated in some big projects such as Hainan LNG station pipelines project, the procurement of Shangqiu-Yongcheng natural gas pipelines, the pipes manufacturing and coating of Huizhou pipelines, Donghai bridge, Changhu natural gas transmission pipelines of Inner Mongolia as well as Jingxi natural gas pipelines, etc. and has obtained high praise from the users. While consolidating domestic market, the company continually develops the international market, positively participates in significant tender projects in the overseas market. It has successfully completed the project of 210 kilometer natural gas transmission pipeline for the Iranian State Natural Gas Company and the project of 35 kilometer sour service off-shore pipelines transmission for National Iranian Oil South Company, for which it has won the prestige in the international market. At the same time, the products are sold to other countries and regions, like America, Canada, Vietnam, Indonesia, India, United Arab Emirates, Iran, France, The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island, Kuwait, Holland, countries and regions in South America and Africa.
