Lining plastic pipe should conform to the GB / T 3091, GB / T 3092 general of the request

Product features:
Strength: The bonding strength between steel and plastic of the Lining Plastic pipe with cold water is not less than 0.2MPa (20N/cm2), it is not less than 1.0MPa (100N/cm2) if it is hot.

Flexural capability: Lining Plastic Steel pipe whose diameter smaller than or equal to 50mm would not crack after bending, steel and plastic would not separate.

Squash capability: Lining Plastic Steel pipe whose diameter bigger than 50mm would not crack after squeeze, steel and plastic would not separate.

Health capability: Health capability of Lining Plastic Pipe should be accorded with GB / T 17219 requirements.

Cold-resistant cycle capability: After three periods cold-hot cycle test, the lining plastic pipe sample for hot water transportation would be the same without distortion and crack, the bonding strength is not less than 4.4.1 prescriptive value.

Product application:
1. Work pressure of 1.0 MPa based on the Japanese standards equivalent to our standard GB / T 3091, the ordinary type of pipe pressure level.
