The spiral welded pipe machinery SPM1203/19-D80 supplied from Germany in 1996 which was the most advanced technology in the late 90s internationally. From uncoiling, butt welding, edge milling to main drive, pipe forming, inside and outside welding, hydrostatic test are operated by computer digital displays. It adopts American Lincoln automatic DC-AC tandem submerged welding for both inside and outside. The machine is highly automated for easy operation.

In recent years, our products are mainly used by the gas and natural gas companies in the province capitals, municipalities and large cities of northeast and around Bohai Sea Gulf. They are also used by China Petroleum Company and China Petrochemical Corporation and its subordinate oil fields pipeline and in the pipeline construction.
