High pressure epoxy FRP pipe is a kind of composite pipeline that glass fiber and epoxy resin were combined by the special technology through pipe winding, curing, mandrel striping and pressure testing process. It is a kind of filament winding type pipe product. In the pipe winding process, the glass strand move from head end of mandrel to the pin end and then turn to back continually with constant winding angle. The axial strength and hoop strength of the finished pipe are determined by the accuracy of winding pattern and angle. The curing process is the key technology of high pressure FRP pipe because the strength of interface between the glass fiber and resin and the leaking resistance property of the finished pipe are determined by this process.

The internal curing technology for high pressure epoxy FRP pipe manufacturing combine the filament winding, pipe curing and striping process together. The winding machine with four spindles is able to wind two pipes at a time also able to cure four pipes at a time. The production processes is controlled by computer completely, which with multiple excellent properties such as accuracy and smooth controlling, easy operation and simplify process, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and stable product quality.

The winding process with the longitudinal package winding technology and the internal curing process are all controlled by computer automatically.
