To ensure the excellent product qualities, Conform Company implement quality control starting from raw material procurement. The company owns fully equipped material chemical analysis laboratory and product physical & chemical property analysis laboratory. Meanwhile, we have advanced and reliable product on-line inspection testers, such as, hydrostatic compactness tester, non-destructive eddy-current defect detector and ultrasonic non-destructive detector with which the on-line inspection and test are carried out during manufacturing. The quality inspectors of Conform also check the internal & external surfaces, ends, bending, degree, length, outer diameters and thickness of the products one by one according to the product technical standards and specifications.
The products shall qualify through the tests and inspections before delivered out from the workshop, and the product quality certificates are issued to guarantee reliable use for the customers.
Conform Company is equipped with advanced stainless steel tube manufacturing lines and perfect quality inspection testers and also possesses its own chemical and physical laboratories. The company has been ceritified by Det Norske Veritas(DNV) and ISO9001-2000.
