Production line introduction:

This production line includes: Bollet-preparing, heating furnace, centring machine, puncher, elongator, pipe mill, sizing mill, cooling bed, finishing equipment, detection device and so on.

Piercing Mill
The piercing mills include two-high Mannesmann piercing mill, two-high cone piercing mill and three-high piercing mill, realizing the standardization and seriation of products.
The two-high Mannesmann piercing mill is mainly used for 50-100 mill trains. For recent years Φ508 and Φ630 two high Mannesmann piecing mills have been produced.
The two-high cone piercing mills mainly include Φ76, Φ90, Φ120, Φ140, Φ160 and Φ200 cone piercing mill trains. Besides, Φ2000 cone piercing mill train has been produced. Currently, it is the largest cone piercing mill train in the world.
The three-high piercing mills mainly include Φ76, Φ108 and Φ170 three-high piercing mills.
Pipe Mill
The pipe mills include three-high pipe mill train, Diescher pipe mill train and continuous pipe mill train, with main rolling process having motion-limit rolling, full floating rolling and half-floating rolling.
The three-high pipe mill trains mainly include ΦΦ76, Φ108, Φ140 and Φ170 three-high pipe mill trains.
The Diescher mill mainly includes Φ50 and Φ76 Diescher pipe mills trains.
The pipe mill train mainly includes Φ159 five-housing pipe mill.
Pipe Straightener
The straightener produced mainly includes 6-roll straightener with its straightening rolls opening quickly. The straightened steel pipes are ranged from Φ20 to Φ630

Stretch Reducing Mill
The reducing mill produced mainly divided into two-high reducing mill and three-high reducing mill according to the numbers of roll. It is divided into independent drive and centralized drive according to type of drive. The housing is ranged from 3 to 24. The specifications of the reduced pipes are ranged from φ 48 to φ 720. The standardization and seriation of products have been realized.

Seamless Pipe Hot Continuous Rolling Mill
The rolling mill includes140 seamless pipe continuous mill train for Baosteel, Φ170 three-high pipe mill train for Daye Steel, Φ89 half-floating-mandrel seamless pipe continuous mill train for Hengyang Pipe Mill, Φ180 less-housing limiting-motion mandrel continuous pipe mill train for seamless-pipe continuous-mill-train factory, Φ159 and Φ340 seamless pipe continuous mill train for Panzhihua-Chengdu Steel, etc. Besides, it has, through its effort, designed Φ159 less-housing mandrel-limiting-motion continuous pipe production line with its own intellectual property right and Φ140 seamless pipe production line.
