1. First sample quality control Blacking mould co., Ltd can make 2D drawings by self according to customers' sample or 3D drawings, then supply to QC for dimensional inspection of 80% goods, and record the results on "inspection report" which will be supplied to customers for judgements.

2. Mass production quality control During the mass production, we will check the products untimely and after finishing all products, we will inspect all of them to ensure more than 98% products are qualified.

3. Quality control of package We all use Double-corrugated rigid kraft paper boxes for package goods and the metal goods use honeycomb structures to package. The weight of each carton will be controlled between 10KG to 20KG. For the goods of carton between 15KG to 20KG, we will strap outside the usual package to avoid carton broken on the transportation. Meanwhile, we will put on remarks and warning labels both front and side of carton to ensure products arrive safely.

Allowance of 48% for DHL Our company signed a contract with DHL to provide allowance of 48% for all the international express and will be door charge. All the tracking informations will be on the internet in time and ensure goods quality. DHL promises to deliver goods to the customers regardless the number of goods and can reach destinations in 3 days fastly.
